Notes: the snow wash process gives each hoodie a one-of-a-kind look, and minor batch differences can occur due to variations in fabric, dye and processing — common in apparel manufacturing, and we work hard to keep every item consistent.

Our designed shirts are printed using non-hazardous, and toxin-free water-based inks that meet the strictest industry standards. The ink is printed directly on the apparel, leaving a design that is durable, while allowing the original apparel to still feel soft. Due to this method of creating your shirt, our shirts are softer than screen-printed tees and very durable since they are less likely to crack or peel like screen printing or vinyl applications.
EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Most items are made to order with care and as a small business, we do not keep any stock.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns of made-to-order items. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will exchange it.
Customers may request a return of INVENTORIED ITEMS ONLY within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The refund will cover the eligible merchandise amount only; original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable.
